DESCRIPTION AND TYPE:
The wine Raffaello Rosso Veronese IGT Vogadori with the wording Typical geographical indication of Verona or the province of Verona is obtained with Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Oseleta, Negrara grapes.
Wine obtained with the "ripasso" technique consisting of a double fermentation of Valpolicella on the pomace of Amarone.
The fermentation takes place in steel containers exploiting the natural yeasts present in the grapes and takes about 50 days. Three times a day, reassembly is carried out to extract as much as possible from the marc.
Refiniment: for 6/8 months before bottling
At sight it has an intense ruby red color, with intense and decisive aromas.
From the perfume it looks like a wine of notable fruit with hints of cherry, black cherry and dried flowers.
The flavor returns hints of ripe fruit, cherry, dried flowers. Elegant and very persistent wine.
16 - 18° C.
Definitely good with spicy cheeses, gorgonzola. Excellent with game or important red meats or as a meditation wine.
