Raghos Ammandorlato IGT Le Ragose is a sweet red sweet wine produced exclusively in the classic Valpolicella of the Verona area.
The vines are used such as Corvina Veronese 50%, Rondinella 20% and 10% of other authorized vines.
In red after destemming. Fermentation in stainless steel for about 10-12 days with indigenous yeasts.
Followed by repeated decanting until bottling after 2-3 years of ageing
Dark ruby red color and nuances of ruby red, low transparency.
Intense concentrated black cherry and currant.
Dense, ripe and lush wild berries with a hint of dark chocolate. An unusual dessert wine of power and elegance, harmonic and enticing.
