DESCRIPTION AND TYPE:
The wine Campedel Rosso Veronese IGT Gamba with the wording Typical geographical indication of Verona or the province of Verona is obtained with Corvina 40%, Corvinone 40%, Croatina 20%.
The harvest is at the end of September, beginning of October. The grapes are harvested by hand, with the selection of the best grapes. They are placed in wooden planks and dried in the fruit stand for about 60 days. The grapes are crushed at the end of November, after their destemming, they are then fermented at a controlled temperature of 20° C.
Refiniment: for 30 months before bottling
At sight it has a ruby red color, with violet reflections.
Intense aroma, complex with aromas of cherries, cherries, raspberries, cooked plums, ginger, cinnamon, leather and tobacco.
The flavor is dry, warm, soft, sapid and with a good freshness, of body, wine with a great balance and a great harmony.
Wine that can be paired with braised meat, stews, roasts and hard cheeses. To try with the "musso" donkey meat with polenta.
