DESCRIPTION AND TYPE:
The Peagnà Passito bianco Veneto IGT - Indicazione Geografica Tipica is a sweet wine with a golden yellow color produced in the classic Valpolicella in Veneto.
The vines are used such as Garganega 75%, Trebbiano 5%, Saorin 3%, Bigolona 3%, Chardonnay 14% of the Valpolicella territory in Negrar.
The grapes harvested in August remain to wither for 4 months. In January it is crushed and after a day pressed. The must placed in a vat is left to decant and after 2 days placed in new French barrels, where it remains about 18 months.
Refiniment: for 4 months before bottling.
At the sight it has an amber red color, sweet and harmonious.
With an elegant bouquet of ripe fruit and fresh flowers with a slight hint of vanilla.
With a full and warm taste, enveloping and velvety.
It goes well with blue cheeses, cream and fruit desserts.
