DESCRIPTION AND TYPE:
The Valpolicella Classico Cà Bussin Boscaini is a red DOC wine from Veneto produced exclusively in the Valpolicella Classica.
The vines are used such as Corvina 30%, Corvinone 40% and Rondinella 30%
VINIFICATION:
Verona Pergola and guyot; 3000 stock/hectare. Fermentation for 10 days, whit three daily pumping over.
AGING:
Refiniment: for 3 months before bottling.
APPEARANCE:
Wine whit a ruby red color, of purple red color tending to intense violet, whit garnet reflections to aging.
BOUQUET:
Marked hints of fresh fruit on the nose.
PALATE:
Soft tones and roundness on the palate, with returns of fruity sensations, make this Valpolicella the ideal composion for Italian style first courses.
SERVING TEMPERATURE:
20°C.
PAIRING:
Excellent to accompany the first dishes of earthenware, it is pared with Milanese risotto.
