DESCRIPTION AND TYPE:
The Valpolicella Volpare, produced with the Rondinella, Corvinone, Corvina and Molinara grape varieties, is the wine that is closest to its land of origin: the Valpolicella region.
VINIFICATION:
Obtained from the distillation of the marcs of Amarone Campedel, originated from Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes for 4 months.
APPEARANCE:
Well-balanced and refined, even in its simplicity, it has a bright ruby red color
BOUQUET:
And pleasant scents of cherry.
PALATE:
This is a wine that retains a certain freshness of flavours.
SERVING TEMPERATURE:
16 - 18°C.
PAIRING:
It pairs well with various courses of the meal.
