DESCRIPTION AND TYPE:
The Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore Zane is a red DOC wine from the Veneto region produced exclusively in the classic Valpolicella.
The vines are used such as Corvina Veronese 60%, Rondinella 20%, Corvinone 10% e Sangiovese 10%.
Fermentation 20 days with three daily pumpovers and two delestages. In March, complete refermentation on the pomace of the amarone and the recioto.
Refiniment: for 6 months before bottling.
At sight it has a very dark ruby red color.
The nose reveals hints of red fruit in spirit, spices and undergrowth.
The taste is soft and round as fresh and reactive.
Companion for boiled and red meat.
