In a word: naturally superior
Over a rich, Bordeaux-red background, a pen is writing the name "Valpolicella", still uncompleted, however, to suggest the humility and respect with which the winemaker approaches this great classic, whose quality is always being refined and improved.
The grapes are harvested by hand at the beginning of October. Traditional red wine vinification lasts 8-10 days, with the must remaining in contact with the skins and pumping over being carried out on a daily basis in order to extract color.
