The Brunelli winery is strictly bound to the area of San Pietro in Cariano. And it is right here that, vinedresser, oenologist, entrepreneur and craftsman Luigi Brunelli created one of the flagships of his wine cellar: the Amarone Riserva. It comes in two kinds: Campo Inferi and Campo dei Titari, both sumptuous and enveloping, produced with only 4000 kg grapes in the best years.
Valpolicella Classico Doc 2015, Classico Superiore Doc 2012, Ripasso Doc Pariondo 2013, Amarone Classico Docg 2012, Corte Cariano short-drying period 100% Corvina, and Recioto Classico Docg 2014 are the wines completing the “red” section. But the house also proposes “white”, with special Amarone formats, from 0.375 bottles to the 6 litre Mathusalem.
Luigi and his wife Luciana run their family business professionally. Luciana has created a special wine line featuring male and feminine values. Emotions handed over, from the producer to the consumer. The wines are the creation of limestone, stony soil, rich in clay and in indigenous vine varieties.
Grape drying makes the Brunellis' secret, especially when it comes to Amarone and Recioto. Among the awards boasted by the Brunelli winery, we find the quality-for-money prize awarded to Valpolicella Classico Doc 2013, listed in Gambero Rosso's Guida Berebene 2015 guide, and the 5 grappoli 2016 (five bunches) achieved for Amarone Campo Inferi 2010.
Special for weddings, Brunelli also proposes a very special bonbonnière, containing an Amarone pack with a bottle and two glasses.
