The name of this wine derives from the grapes selection technique, as is used especially the higher part of the grapes, in our dialect called “ recia” , of Corvina, Rondinella, Corvinone, Dindarella, Molinara grapes that are then left to dry on trellis that allow a natural ventilation at a room- temperature.
The Oseleta: the gene
The original label presented the term Oseleta contracted in "Oz"; "O" was the initial of the name of the vine and remembered the shape of a grape, while the "Z" alluded to Zýmē and at the same time indicated the second letter of the varietal term, which is written with the "s", but pronounced with the "z".
In a word: a mosaic of sensations
The label shows the link of Kairos to the Harlequin project: Harlequin’s costume is composed of pieces of many colours, just as the wine is composed of 15 different grapes, each with its own characteristics. In ancient Greek, Kairos means “opportune, at the right moment”.
In a word: power
The label shows decisive lines and self-confi dent tones, well representing the characters of the Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot grapes. The numbers 60 20 20 indicate the percentages of the grapes that compose the wine. It represents the gift of life.
